We were initially given a room with twin beds but this was immediately changed to a room with a double bed when requested. The restaurant served us a very good dinner and breakfast buffet.

The variety of foods and drinks for breakfast was excellent. The suite was amazingly spacious with sofas in a living room space, small kitchen and balcony. The room was warmed to the right temperature and was very quiet. The room was equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay and the parking space was included. Honest business I mean no hidden costs. Staff were nice and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Good (and reasonable price) meal and wine in restaurant. Access to outside space - balcony, restaurant terrace, walk in gardens/by lake. Comfy bed and very clean. Good breakfast options and dairy free milk available. We didn’t have time to use the Spa but the option (at a cost) was explained to us.

Large, comfortable room. Great balcony overlooking the lake as asked for. Very warm, friendly welcome, everything clean and tastefully decorated. Nice shower & useful separate toilet. No charge for carpark & great advice about where to go in Dax from reception.

We arrived without a booking so the front desk manager helped us with wiifi to make the booking . Also gave us advice on where to go and eat . The location is stunning overlooking the lake and the room was comfortable, with a patio area for our chihuahua . Dax is a lovely town and very convenient to the motorway.

Floor and bathroom were not clean, loo roll bits on floor and stains around sink ! too tired after long trip to say anything! All in all the room was good size had coffee facilities would we stay again probably but next time I would want it cleaned properly.

Staff were good, room was effective and we liked the balcony. Breakfast was also great and set us up for the long journey to our next destination. The location was great beside the lake and perfect to unwind after a long day in the car. We'll come again.

We stayed just over night so we haven’t use any spa etc. what i liked most is the restaurant and service in it. so nice)) rooms are bit old and for older categories of people i guess it’s budget and nice. Everything was clean. Parking is safe and locked so no one from outside can visit it (but i guess in this region you could lived your car at the street and unlocked coz it’s still safe) Casino also was fun

The hotel staff is very helpful, the rooms are spacious and has all the comforts. The surroundings are lovely and there are restaurants and shops nearby. Lots of parking available nearby as well. The sourceo centre is adjacent to the hotel, it sounded lovely but for one night stay not worth to pay for it.
